What Xuvian does

Xuvian evaluates early-stage startups in India and gives investors access to its research on the companies on the platform.

  • Applying is free. Xuvian never takes shares as payment for anything it does.
  • Terms for investors, including any charges, are shown on the investor portal before anything is charged.

What Xuvian is not

Xuvian is a platform, not a fund. Xuvian is not a stock exchange or a broker, and it is not registered with SEBI.

  • Xuvian does not sell, offer or arrange securities.
  • Xuvian does not collect or hold investment money.
  • Xuvian does not give investment advice.
  • Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any security.

Companies are shown only to signed-in investors who have passed our checks. No company is shown on the public site.

Can I rely on what the site says?

We work to keep the site accurate, but it is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Do your own checks and take your own advice before you make any decision.

Any evaluation, report or investment decision is Xuvian's opinion based on the information available at the time. Other investors may reach a different view. It is not a universal rating of the company or founder, and it does not predict what the company will become.

We provide the site "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, free of errors or free of viruses.

How may I use the site?

You may read the site and share links to it. Please do not:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it, through the site;
  • try to get into parts of the site or our systems you are not allowed into;

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to go to a consumer commission.
